  This medical practice is to be avoided like the plague! As a visitor to Newcastle and needing to see a Dr. I googled the nearest practice (This one) I called them to make an appointment for the 29th. The receptionist picked up and I asked to make an appointment. After giving my address, she informed me that I needed to make an appointment at a Newcastle practice. I asked for a Dr's Office in NE1. She refused to help & just repeated over & over again that I couldn't use their practice and that it wasn't her problem and hung up! A few minutes later; I called back to complain. She apologised for being rude & made an appointment with a Doctor at this practice. On the 29th of December at 10:30am I arrived at the practice. Filled out the visitor forms, gave them my Dr's address & my home address. Waited 20 minutes. The receptionist then came out from behind her counter & told me that I could not use this practice as I was visiting Newcastle not Gateshead!! Then she gave me the address of a Dr's office in Newcastle & proceeded to tell me that she wasn't rude to me over the phone, yesterday! The only conclusion I can come to; is that she wanted the pleasure of making me come to Gateshead to tell me that she wasn't rude over the phone yesterday? A pointless & petty creature!
